All services are independently performed by third-party Service Providers, who bear full legal, professional, and financial responsibility.

4. Eligibility to Use

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

You are of legal age under the laws of the State of Qatar.
You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You will use the Application only for lawful purposes.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. User Account Registration

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Users are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and any activity conducted through their account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if false information is provided or if misuse of the Application occurs.

6. Services & Requests

All services are independently delivered by Service Providers. The Company does not guarantee service quality, outcomes, availability, or timing.

The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any request if it is deemed illegal, harmful, or inconsistent with Qatari laws or public morals.

7. Prohibited Services & Activities

Mudir Amali PA fully complies with the laws, regulations, and traditions of the State of Qatar. The Application does not support services related to:

7.1 Alcoholic beverages of any kind.

7.2 Illegal substances or prohibited materials.

7.3 Fraud, money laundering, or forgery.

7.4 Services conflicting with Qatari values or traditions.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for service quality, delays, financial losses, or disputes between Users and Service Providers. Users use the Platform at their own risk.

9. Payment Terms

Certain services may be subject to fees. Payments are processed through approved methods (Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Electronic Wallets, etc.).

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
